Lime Solicitors joins the SIA Panel

Supporting spinally-injured people in England and Wales

We are thrilled to announce that we’ve been appointed to the Spinal Injuries Association’s (SIA) Trusted Partner Panel,  for the East Midlands and East of England.

Our team has continued to provide unwavering support to people who are affected by spinal injuries, and will now be a recommended partner for those who seek legal support within England and Wales. Many people who suffer life-changing spinal injuries need ongoing help, such as rehabilitation and home adaptations, which are just two elements of the support system our team can provide. We recognise the impact these types of injuries can have on people and their families,  so we aim to maximise their independence and to ensure the best quality of life possible.

The Spinal Injuries Association

The SIA is a charity helping those affected, or those supporting those affected, by spinal cord injuries. They campaign regularly for change and support for people who have suffered spinal injuries, and they signpost people and their families to charities, support groups, financial advisors and legal advisors.

Comments from our team

Our personal injury partner,  Martin Usher, said: “We take a collaborative and holistic approach to supporting people with spinal cord injury and their families, and strive to ensure that they get access to the best rehabilitation and support, to ensure that they maximise their quality of life and independence.

“We take great pride in being a trusted legal partner of the SIA as our ethos and approach are closely aligned as demonstrated by the high standards the charity holds us to via its charter.”

Tony Hannington, Head of Lime Solicitors, said: “That first day when you leave hospital can be hugely daunting, so we know how crucial it is that our work supports the whole family and takes a long term view of rehabilitation and support.

“It is vital that we start the process straight away – and being on the panel will mean we can help support more people with spinal cord injury from a very early stage in their journey and help provide better outcomes for them and their family.”
