We see client often at very difficult times at their lives, who are dealing with very emotive situations. Our job is to guide clients through what can be an overwhelming, difficult and stressful process.

For our charity clients, managing these disputes is much a question of protecting the charity’s reputation as it is resolving the dispute itself. We know and recognise that we are ambassadors for those clients, and we recognise that in everything we do.
