Anna advises private individuals, trustees and charities on disputes relating to contentious trusts and probate. She believes in providing straightforward and pragmatic advice to deliver the best possible results for her clients, whilst concluding matters as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

Anna handles a variety of claims including will disputes and those brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975. Having extensive experience acting for clients in a broad range of litigious claims, she takes a robust approach to litigation but is also a strong advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution where appropriate.
