Ellie joined Lime Solicitors in March 2023 after working as a Paralegal in the RTA department of another law firm for just over 18 months. In her previous role, she assisted one of the Catastrophic Injury Partners in dealing with cases involving tragic fatalities, brain injury, spinal cord injury, upper & lower limb injuries, and amputations. The small team Ellie works within prides itself on its friendly and approachable service – the client and their families really are at the heart of what they do.
Prior to her roles in law, Ellie worked in hospitality and customer service for almost 10 years – she was a Front of House Manager in a spa hotel before joining an exclusive wedding and events venue as Wedding & Events Manager.
In 2022, Ellie assisted a team that achieved a £7.5m settlement for a client who suffered a spinal cord injury in a road traffic accident that rendered him paraplegic. The client is a remarkable individual who made enormous progress with his rehabilitation to the point he was competing in high-level wheelchair sports in North America and using an exoskeleton.
