Emma is an Associate Partner at Lime with responsibility for Marketing and Operations. She previously held the position of Head of Operations with another consumer law firm and has in excess of 17 years’ of legal practice management experience. Emma attained an MBA in legal practice management in 2010 from Nottingham Trent University.

She has also directly managed the legal team of solicitors, lawyers and their caseloads in respect of Family, Employment, Professional Negligence and Personal Injury law.
Emma is also responsible for recommending and launching new processes with Lime’s Partners to help the Lime team find new and efficient ways of working and to help them to deliver the high quality of service that Lime’s clients expect and deserve.
She also works closely with the Partners to consider new business opportunities and potential acquisition opportunities.
