Karen specialises in all aspects of office administration. She takes messages from clients and other individuals, professionals and agencies linked to personal injury claims. She ensures that her team is able to get on with the role of settling claims by keeping their files up to date and in order.
Karen has provided administrative support to Tony Hannington on a large variety of claims over the years ranging from minor to major accident claims including head injury and fatal accident claims.
