Michelle is an Associate at Lime. She holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Derby University and is an Affiliate Member of CILEx. She joined the firm in 2009 as an Administration Assistant and the Clinical Negligence Team in 2012 as a Fee Earner. She runs her own case load and supervises her own sub team consisting of a Solicitor and Litigation Legal Assistant. Michelle also works alongside Robert Rose, handling numerous high-value claims. In 2020 she was promoted to the role of Associate having been one of team’s most successful fee earners for a number of years.

Michelle is a member of APIL and specialises in clinical negligence claims against a variety of healthcare providers including NHS trusts, GPs, private consultants, dentists and care homes.

Michelle deals with claims of various complexities acting on behalf of clients from around the country.

Michelle has a keen interest in investigating cases relating to women’s health, including gynaecological injuries, injuries arising from child birth, still birth and TVT mesh.

Michelle is friendly and approachable, building up a great relationship with clients and helping those who have often gone through a highly traumatic period themselves or who have suffered the loss of a loved one.
