Nick qualified in 2008 and is a Medical Negligence Solicitor who was been with Mayo Wynne Baxter since January 2009. Nick is now part of the wider Lime Solicitors team following the merger in May 2023. Nick specialises in a broad spectrum of clinical negligence cases including cerebral palsy and catastrophic injury, using his considerable experience in providing value and substance to his work. He is an accredited member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.
At work, Nick’s range of experience provides a unique and beneficial insight into the management of claims both against the NHS and private practitioners. He is also a member of APIL.
Nick has been involved in clinical negligence since 1995 when he joined the Medical Defence Union as a claims handler, following which he spent 10 years at the NHS Litigation Authority, both in a claims handling and management capacity. Prior to joining Mayo Wynne Baxter in 2009, he worked for a private practice in London, undertaking claimant clinical negligence work.
