Samuel graduated from Newman University in Birmingham, with a First Class Honours Degree in History. Following this, he attained a Master’s in Law Degree, achieving a Distinction, and began working for Lime in December 2022.
Samuel is empathetic, approachable, and highly motivated in supporting clients through the claims process. He understands the complex nature of medical negligence claims and makes every effort to break down complex medical and legal jargon, ensuring clients fully understand the position of their claim and the work required to bring it to settlement.
Samuel is currently undertaking the Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship as part of his journey to qualify as a solicitor.
Samuel has over three years’ experience supporting clients with complex medical negligence claims as a paralegal. He has worked on a wide range of cases, with particular experience in delayed diagnosis, obstetric injury, and retained placenta cases.
Samuel has also attended a number of hearings at venues including the Royal Courts of Justice and Birmingham County Court, where he provided support to clients throughout the process.
