Simon joined Lime Solicitors in April 2023 as a Legal Director. He has over 15 year’s post-qualification experience working on behalf of clients who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries arising from accidents and clinical negligence. Overall, Simon has specialised in personal injury law for over 20 years.

Simon has been awarded a Certificate in Brain Injury Studies following a period of study through Headway, the brain injury association, in partnership with the University of Northampton.

He is accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as a Senior Litigator.

Simon is recognised in the Legal 500 directory as a “Rising Star” in the area of claimant personal injury work. He is also recognised as a ranked individual in Chambers & Partners legal directory and is described as “very responsive, professional, understanding and informative”.

Simon specialises in supporting clients who have suffered life-changing injuries, particularly as a result of traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, serious orthopaedic injuries and psychiatric harm. He is an experienced litigator and advocate. His focus is on ensuring that the compensation claim enables his clients to access the rehabilitation and financial support that they may require at the earliest opportunity.

Simon’s recent cases include a settlement of £3.7m for a client with a lower leg amputation; £1m for a cyclist who suffered a brain injury; and £775,000 for a client who suffered post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of workplace incident.
