Tamsin is known for her approachable style and deep expertise, guiding clients through some of the most complex and sensitive trust and estate disputes with confidence and clarity.
She advises on a wide range of issues, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputes over the administration of trusts and estates, professional negligence claims against will writers, and applications to remove executors or trustees. Tamsin also handles challenges to the validity of wills, such as those involving undue influence or lack of capacity, as well as applications for rectification or variation of wills.
Alongside her client work, Tamsin regularly acts for our trust corporation when it is appointed as an independent administrator or trustee, an area she’s particularly passionate about. She’s an active member of the Next Generation Committee of the National Association of Independent Administrators (NAIA) and takes part in events run by The Association of Corporate Trustees (TACT), of which our trust corporation is a member.
Tamsin is also a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), a ConTrA member, and part of the Thames Valley Contentious Probate group.
