Tamsin joined Lime’s Contentious Probate team in early 2021, after previously working at a leading Wiltshire firm in the Wills & Trusts department. Tamsin began working as a paralegal in November 2015, before commencing her training contract in January 2018. She qualified as a solicitor in July 2019.

Tamsin is skilled in the Contentious Trusts and Probate area of law and acts for private individuals, charities and trusts in a range of matters.

Tamsin assisted on a dispute concerning the validity of a will in a £3 million estate, which was resolved on confidential terms.

She also assisted on a successful application to obtain an order for sale over a debtor’s property to repay funds to an estate, where the debtor (who was also the executor) had misappropriated funds.
