Fernanda has been practicing law for over 12 years, since before she qualified as a solicitor after graduating with a Law degree in Brazil. In addition to her law degree in Brazil, Fernanda completed the GDL, LPC and her PSC/training contract in the UK before practicing law. Fernanda is currently a solicitor within Lime’s clinical negligence team based in London.
With her years of expertise in the clinical negligence sphere, Fernanda specialises in obstetric and gynaecological cases, misdiagnoses, orthopaedic injuries, cosmetic surgery, surgical errors and claims arising from substandard care administered within care homes.
Fernanda works with a variety of clients, including mothers who have lost their babies due to negligence, women who have suffered gynaecological injuries, individuals who have been left with aesthetic deformities due to negligent procedures, and elderly people who have been poorly treated in care homes.
