Lucy provides her clients with support and guidance throughout their employment claims. These could include settlement agreements, breaches of TUPE regulations, whistleblowing, redundancy, all types of discrimination in the workplace and unfair dismissal. She works closely with counsel on these matters.
Lucy particularly enjoys working in the Claimant Employment team as she feels it is very rewarding. She prides herself on the ability to form good client relationships with individuals to ensure they feel supported throughout their employment dispute.
