We are delighted to announce nine promotions across our medical negligence team.
Effective 1st November 2025, we have promoted Wioleta Dworak, based in Birmingham, to Legal Director.
In response to feedback from its people, we have introduced a new Senior Associate role to bridge the gap between Associate and Legal Director. The role aligns with a recognised career milestone across the legal sector, offering a clearer pathway for lawyers to continue building their technical expertise, commercial insight and client relationship skills.
In Leicester, Maryam Abdullah and Viral Dagly have been promoted to Senior Associate, while in London, Rhea Javed, Sharon Lam and Catherine Leong have stepped up to the role.
Three people have also been promoted to Associate level – Sarah Stephen and Francesca Grossman, both based in London, and Harman Sahota in Birmingham.
