We are honoured to announce our new partnership with The Foundation for Infant Loss Training, strengthening our commitment to supporting families affected by the devastating loss of a baby.

Through this relationship, our medical negligence team will work alongside the Foundation to help ensure families have access to specialist legal advice and support when they may need it most. We are proud to support the Foundation in delivering world class training to support people through both their pregnancy and when they tragically suffer the loss of a baby.

The loss of a baby can be an incredibly difficult and overwhelming experience. Where there are concerns that medical care may have contributed to an infant’s death or caused harm, families may have questions about what happened and whether anything could have been done differently. Understanding those concerns can be an important part of moving forward.

Our medical negligence specialists understand the sensitive nature of these cases and the importance of approaching every family with compassion, care and understanding. We can provide clear, straightforward advice about whether there may be grounds for a medical negligence claim, while ensuring families have the time and support they need to make informed decisions.

Our Head of Medical Negligence West Midlands, James Anderson, says “Our partnership with The Foundation for Infant Loss Training reflects a shared commitment to helping bereaved families feel heard, supported and informed. We are proud to work alongside the Foundation and look forward to supporting its important work in providing compassionate assistance to families experiencing infant loss.”
