We’re pleased to announce that we’ve been appointed to The Silverlining Brain Injury Charity’s affiliated solicitors scheme.
As part of the partnership, we join a small pool of recommended legal partners supporting brain-injured clients throughout the claims process and beyond.
The Silverlining Charity is a group of like-minded people who aim to improve the quality of life of all those affected by brain injury. Its work engages brain-injured people with the wider community in such a way that invigorates, motivates and rehabilitates to discover a sense of purpose, social structure and added meaning to their lives.
Dr Sherrie Baehr, founder of The Silverlining Brain Injury Charity, said: “It is the Silverlining’s great honour to support the brain injury community in moving forward with positive opportunities and friendship.”
Our dedicated team of serious injury and medical negligence specialists are recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers directories for the work they do helping brain-injured people and supporting their families.
We are committed to ensuring those affected by brain injury receive the best possible rehabilitation and the right level of financial support to secure their future.
Vicky Blodwell, our serious injury Partner, said: “We are thrilled to have partnered with The Silverlining Charity and look forward to making a meaningful difference in the lives of people living with brain injury and their families, helping them to navigate the challenges they face and empowering them to build brighter futures.”
Martin Usher, our Head of Serious Injury, added: “As specialists in brain injury claims, we are always looking to partner with like-minded organisations and charities that provide invaluable support to those affected by this type of traumatic injury. We truly believe that better outcomes can be achieved for everyone when we all work together.”
This collaboration adds to our partnerships and close work with other charities, including Child Brain Injury Trust, Amputation Foundation, The Katie Piper Foundation, Spinal Injuries Association, RoadPeace and Derbyshire Blood Bikes.
