We are thrilled to announce that effective from today, both Anna Morris and Fernanda Simionato-Ayling have been promoted to Associate in our Stratford-upon-Avon and London hubs, respectively.
Anna handles a variety of inheritance disputes including will disputes, those brought under the Inheritance Act 1975 and contested Court of Protection claims. Having extensive experience acting for clients in a broad range of litigious claims, she takes a robust approach to litigation but is also a strong advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
With more than 13 years’ experience, Fernanda works in the medical negligence team. Fernanda specialises in obstetric and gynaecological cases, misdiagnoses, orthopaedic injuries, cosmetic surgery, surgical errors and women’s health claims.
