This award recognises a team that puts client care first, is empathetic, sensitive, and professional in its approach to life-changing injury claims, and goes above and beyond to provide the support and care injured claimants need following a serious or catastrophic injury.
A huge well done to Malcolm Johnson for winning the Claimant Lawyer of the Year accolade!
Malcolm has acted for over 150 claimants this year across multiple Group Actions; most prominently the Jesus Army Scheme and the Yehudi Menuhin Scheme, which were both set up to help compensate victims of child abuse. Malcolm has appeared in the media for his dedication to helping survivors and has presented free webinars to advocates throughout 2023, whilst speaking with clients about their experiences on his Jesus Army podcasts.
