We’re pleased to announce that we’ve been named in three of the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ lists for 2021, achieving an ‘outstanding’ rank for employee engagement.
As part of Shakespeare Martineau we are celebrating this achievement after being recognised in the following three lists:
- Ranked 10 in Top 20 law firms
- Ranked 58 in Top 100 Midlands companies
- Ranked 42 in Top 75 large London companies.
This is the firm’s first year being involved in the awards, so to have achieved ‘outstanding’ status is a testament to our culture, and just how much hard work and investment goes in to our people and their development.
Tony Hannington, Head of Lime Solicitors said: “It’s fantastic news that Lime Solicitors has been recognised in this way. Being part of these awards truly reflects the dedication we have within our teams, to help each other develop, unlock potential and grow our business together as well as continuing to deliver excellence for our clients. I am thrilled that we have such high levels of employee engagement and I hope we can maintain our standing going forwards as our firm evolves in the coming years.”
From our position in Lime Solicitors, being recognised as one of the best companies to work for bolsters our ability to help and guide our clients in the best ways possible; our achievements as part of this firm harness us with the power to achieve for our clients.
Sarah Walker-Smith, CEO at Shakespeare Martineau said: “Our people are what we are all about – it’s by investing in our people, their ambitions, their development and their wellbeing that they deliver their best and in turn the best for our clients and communities. We already knew we had strong engagement, but I’m so pleased to see the recognition for outstanding levels of engagement with our Best Companies survey. I can’t wait to see the final results, and the honest insight from our people that will help us continue to improve, develop and grow.”
