We are pleased to announce five promotions across our medical negligence, serious injury and contentious probate teams!
We have promoted Fernanda Simionato-Ayling to senior associate, and Georgie Beckers, Neelam Chauhan, Meg Edmunds and Kate Harrison to associate. Congratulations all round!
Fernanda is a medical negligence solicitor who specialises in obstetric and gynaecological cases, misdiagnoses, orthopaedic injuries, cosmetic surgery, surgical errors and A&E claims.
Serious injury lawyer Georgie represents clients with complex injuries, including spinal cord injury, amputation, traumatic brain injury and complex orthopaedic cases.
Neelam focuses on serious injury and clinical negligence claims, representing individuals and families in complex and life-changing cases. Her practice covers a broad range of high-value and sensitive matters, including amputation injuries, acute trauma, brain injuries, birth injury claims and surgical claims.
Trust and estates disputes specialist Meg advises clients on a range of matters including inheritance act claims, trustee and executor removal claims, and will validity challenges. Meg also has particular expertise in relation to contentious Court of Protection matters.
Medical negligence expert Kate has experience in complex cases, including birth and spinal injuries, and brings additional insight from her time as a Crown Prosecutor.
