Jonah joined the Contentious Probate team in September 2020, shortly after completing the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School that summer. He has previous experience as a paralegal, working for a high street firm in the Nottinghamshire area.

Jonah assists solicitors in the Contentious Trusts and Probate area of law, who act for private individuals and trusts in a range of matters. Types of matters Jonah assists on include:

Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975;
Advising on issues arising in the administration of trusts and estates;
Claims concerning the validity and effect of Wills; and
Applications for rectification and variation of Wills.
